This is a Full Buckle Wrap Conversion done by Zanytoes using Oscha's Raja Paravel. Asking $215 with domestic postage paid

Body panel is 16" wide, 16" long.
Shoulder straps cinch down to 18" plus another 2" for the buckle.
Waist cinches to 24" plus another 2" for the buckle.

Extras: Leg padding, seat darts, flat adjustable hood and the waist a three piece waist made of high density closed cell foam.

This is valued at $350 retail so this is a STEAL! we it just can't work with the buckles (the straps are even, just folded weird here!)
