I have 2 Tea Collection dresses, size 12-18m. Both are what I would classify as good used condition. The blue dress has some wash wear, and the coral dress is in perfect condition except for a small faded area on the shoulder, also not noticeable on. $19 each or $35 for both.

@GrapeCrush: I think it runs true to size. My LO is big for her age, so she's outgrown it at 15 months and is wearing 18/24 or 2T now.
