This is a NoJo Original Baby sling with padding. We used this for probably four or five months. It's a gray chambray color.

@Arden: I know NOTHING about slings but I really want one to carry my now 8.5 month old. Would something like this work??

@Running Elley: It would! I stopped using it around five months because I got something higher end that I liked better, but I can actually still use this for her now. This isn't a high end sling but it does the job, and it's super quick to use. It's nice for hip carries for older babies.
