What size do you normally wear? Are your feet narrow or wide? I can comment a bit about the fit of the shoes... my other Toms are this size (7.5) but they are the regular canvas ones, so they have some stretch to them. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5. I couldn't even get my feet into these because they are a coated canvas and much stiffer. Makes for a much more substantial and sturdy shoe (my toes are busting through the regular canvas ones! hence this non-returnable purchase!) but alas, not for my wide feet.
and I am definitely flexible on the price!! let me know if you are interested at all.

@mrs. wagon: I used to be a 7.5/8 but pregnancy shrank my feet... weird, right? So I'm now a 7/ 7.5. I really want to try them...but we also talked about our budget last night... Oy. I'll think about it because I love them!!
