Gray love to dream swaddle, size medium (13-18lbs). it is shaped to allow baby to put their hands above their head, and is my favorite swaddle ever! $10 plus shipping (probably $2 in the US).

yes! we used it as a regular swaddle until she started rolling and then took the caps off. she transitioned so smoothly! it is 13-18 lbs
I would keep it but we need something with sleeves. girl likes to be warm.
