@mrskc: Yep! They are American Apparel sizes. I have no idea why they only do even sizing. Most of the shirts run TTS. Although, for whatever reason, the black tees seem to run a little smaller.

@Littlebit: No! I really want to learn how to make them though. I've bought a few for B from an IG shop called littlepeoplerocx. I'm really impressed with quality and they aren't super expensive. They have a website, but it's not up yet. So, they usually post a bunch on IG and have a "first email gets it" type thing. Drooly Scrumptious on IG has a few cute ones (and has a website if you don't want to wait for the first shop to list on IG) but they are a little more expensive and don't have much of a selection.
