Carter's monster costume: 12 mos. very soft and warm. My LO was 11 mos old, weighed 23 lbs and was 31 inches tall and it fit him nicely.

Mike Wazowski costume: 2T. My LO was 23 mos old, weighed 27 lbs and was 34 inches tall. The material is very thin. I had my LO wear a sweater pants underneath the costume. I have the original packaging and it comes with the bodysuit, Mike made out of foam and a hat.
