@tlcbaby: i just measured and the bust/under arm is about 34" and the high waist (where it cinches in) it about 32" then it kinda flares out, so it's more forgiving) the brand is from an LA boutique

@tlcbaby: and for reference, i wore this when i was about 130 lbs. I'm 5'4" and a 34D. Hope that helps!
