I am interested in your Ivory Windwall Fleece - I tried googling it but its hard to tell - what is the outer layer? Is it shiny?

@Mamaof2: oh cool! It's completely fleece on the outside, no layer of shiny. Here's a few better pictures of me wearing it. Gosh, I was skinny back then

@Mamaof2: I will measure when I get home! According to the North Face size chart, it should be 37-39 inches but I will measure to make sure.
