@MrsCastro: I think it could go either way. It's not a double sided blanket. I think the etsy seller orders her fabric, then serges around the edges of the blanket. It's thicker than a bed sheet, but likely thinner than a normal baby blanket. It's the type of blanket J sleeps with. It's great for swaddling too because it's a stretchy type of organic knit.
