Missing one bead (I stepped on it. Oops.), but they are individually knotted for safety and it should not affect the efficacy or safety. Certified baltic amber, lighter in color and so purported to have more of the beneficial acids. $15 shipped.

I can measure it. It fit Lorelei as an infant and still fits her now, but I'll break out the tape measure for you. I'm guessing 10".
