I have this dress in 3 sizes... Size 2 comes with a diaper cover, Size 3 and Size 4.
All of them are new (my Los only tried them on) but only size 4 has tags attached.

@Smurfette: size 4 is almost 22 inches from top to bottom. Size 3 is almost 21 inches. Crappy pics attached
