We wore these two dresses for Christmas last year. They are size 6-9 mo and run TTS. I believe both dresses are by Bonnie Baby and were purchased at Macy's.

The first dress is black velvet top with red satin bottom, with black swirl designs. The flash makes the shirt look shiny but it's not, it definitely a matte satin.

The second dress is white with red ribbon and black velvet stripes.
