Size Medium - bought off etsy
DS wore (well we tried to wear them) around 18 months. Black pair was worn 2 times - brown ones never worn.
If anyone is interested I can take measurements tonight.

I can ship to Canada but I'm in the US so not sure how much it will cost to ship!

@RsMom: My DS was 23 lbs
They are very stretchy and the elastic makes them vary in size
The smallest is 7.5 in across but 9 when stretched (front, not circumference)
When opened bigger its 9 inches upstretched and 11 stretched
Back to front measurement is almost 17 inches
Back side across is 14 inches
here are 2 more pics - one showing it open and one showing it closed but not tightly (if that makes sense) - the Velcro gives it a wide range of use
