Looking for a cheap rain jacket for my tiny daughter. She is one, but weighs about 18lb. Don't mind rolling sleeves.
I may order her a cheap iplay one, but thought I'd check here- our local consignment has been a bust so far (checking again today, I think).

I'm not sure it's technically a rain jacket, it's like a water resistant windbreaker-ish jacket. Has removable good, a lining. It's from h&m. I have a little small stain on the right sleeve. I can do, $9 shipped if you're interested
