Need a formal dress to wear to an event on the 27th. Not looking to spend more than 70 dollars max. I prefer dresses with necklines that are v or strapless, or halter. A ruched or defined waist is best,but no poof or pickups. If you have something like this, post pics please! I'm in dire need, and finding nothing at consignments in my area.

Have you ever thought about using Rent The Runway? There are a lot of long dark gowns in the $100 to $110 price range and RTR often has 20% off or $25 off deals (right now they have a sign up deal where you get $25 off your first rental). Plus, they send you a back up size for free.

I have a darker purple one that is really pretty. I wore about a 12 before I got pregnant, but I did have to have it taken in. Let me know if you want me to take a picture of it.

Hey y'all! I am just now seeing all these responses! I'd love pics from everyone!
I'd kinda prefer a v neck or a halter over a straight sleeveless, and I'd prefer a flowy skirt over a pure satin skirt, just so that I don't have to fool with dry cleaning.
Something like this would be the ideal dress, but obviously I realize that this one is brand new, still selling, and anything I get used would be a little dated....
