@Ash: thanks! I think I want the normal spiral bound. I've seen other planners with that binding and don't care for it. I was looking at plum paper designs, but EC is running a special right now and they're 2016 planners are half off

@sorrycharlie: you just buy it and use it as is. You can take pages out and add others in if needed (they have a fitness kit for example). I used a 40% off coupon at HL and got it for less than $20.

@Ash: thanks for the tip!! I went to Michael's, they were 30% off plus a 20% coupon on sale items. For $35, I got the planner, 2 sets to go with it (home planning and fitness), a pen holder and elastics
