Not Walmart but we do need to pick up a secondary car seat so maybe we'll look this week.

Guess you would have to pay shipping so that would be more than $10. Also DS has the boy version of these, and I'm really happy with them. They are cheapo but do the job for daily water play. @T-Mom: the target one, I woulda bought it if I didn't have to spend more. That Walmart one is out of stock in 5.
But I did find a boy version that's just gray/orange in her size I'm going to get. I'm going to combine it with the car seat I need to get to get free shipping. Just waiting to decide on a booster seat!
