I'll offer that if anyone wants to take the time to make the actual pages (requires cutting and ironing, not sewing) I'll happily tell you how to (it's not hard, just time consuming) and sew it up for you at cost. There are a few sellers on Etsy who make them already from scratch, too! Just wall me if you are interested or have any questions.
