With this particular heart dress I think it's pretty true to size, but might've shrunk a little in the wash. N can still wear some of her other 4T clothing, but is growing out of this one. She is tall for her age though (and she doesn't turn 4 until January)!</p> <p>The red one is a corduroy material so slightly on the heavier side, but not too heavy.
