The medium was WAY small on my DH (it was a Christmas gift from my mom). I think it's technically a men's medium but I just tried it on and it fit pretty comfortably. I'm 5'4 and 135 lbs. The crotch hangs pretty low, which looks pretty ridiculous, but it's not like you're going to try to look sexy in it.
