She's not walking yet but will be soon. Her feet measured about 4 inches in length while wiggling, so I'm guessing size 3 or 4? Looking for something in decent condition, preferable gender neutral but not too picky. Easy to get on but not too easy for LO to pull off. Mostly just need functional play shoes. Thanks! </p>
