I went to get my DD 1 year pictures done at JC Penney cause I thought I bought a groupon for it. Turns out u bought it for picture people instead! SMH. So the awesome thing is that the lady said I could bring in a coupon within 24 hrs and they will still honor it</p> <p>I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a coupon mailer or something like that from JC Penney portrait?? </p>
