The first person I spoke to was a woman, who was SUPER nice. She referred me to our regional office. The first two times I called they kept giving me different people's voice mails. Finally I got a person who said they had no cookies, but I could post to their facebook page if I wanted. So I called the first (main) office again. A man answered and said, "I heard your conversation with my collegue. You called your local office. Well, that's the best we can do." Delivered in a fairly curt and dismissive tone. I'm scared to call back. What if he taps my phone?!
