They are adjustable to fit from around birth to three months. And yes, AIO means the diaper is one piece. The label says "Inner Layers 100% Cotton, Soaker 100% Organic Cotton"</p> <p>We used these from birth to about 3 months, but my baby was big so they might last a little longer on a small or average size baby. </p> <p>They were washed exclusively in Rockin Green Unscented cloth diaper detergent. They have typical yellowing that may or may not be removable with sunning, I haven't tried. </p> <p>These retail for $15 each. </p> <p>$9 each or $75 for all 9, including shipping within the US.
