The newborn ones really are small. Regular probably will fit most babies from like 3-12 months, since they are stretchy and flexible-- like if they are too long they just bunch up a little more like leg warmers. </p> <p>@Mae: We have those rainbow ones in newborn size and they looked so so cute on.
