I think I took them out on a trail run once and another time to the gym. I wear a size 6 in regular shoes but have since realized that I need to wear size 7 in running shoes. The shoes have the nike+ chip in it but I have never connected it since I've only used it a couple times.<br /> Selling for $30 plus shipping.
