Some sellers request money and print the ahipping label from PayPal. Some sellers bill after they've already sent it. Some sellers tell the person buying from them to send X amount to their PayPal after they sent it. Lots of different ways. </p> <p>If you send an invoice, PayPal docks a fee. They take it out of the number you requested, not in addition to what you bill them. If the buyer sends you the money sans invoice and says its family/friend there's no loss of money.
