Pretty flexible on sizing as long as I could just pin it tighter if needed. Hoping to spend less than $10 shipped (more or less, depending on whether it's more like a real skirt vs just a play tutu, if that makes sense). It's for a Halloween costume but if it was a real skirt she would wear it after. </p> <p>I have found some cheap ones on Amazon, or a nicer Gymboree one that I'm watching for sales, but just in case anyone has one they don't want anymore thought I'd check here. </p>
