If I remember correctly, I was switched to the XS this time when I was in the upper 140s. It was really snug and I quickly went down in weight and was glad I had it bc once I hit the mid to lower 140s and into 130s, the small just wouldn't have done anything if that's helpful info at all. I actually tried it once just to see and even at its tightest, the small just didn't squeeze at all. I was 163 when I delivered and probably 150ish when I came home from hospital and the small fit well at that point.
