All snaps. Insert included w/ 4.0</p> <p>No stains or stink, but there is slight pilling on 4.0 tabs. The elastics seem good to me on the FT's, but a bit loose on the 4.0. Asking 20 for the lot. Will take pics if there's interest! </p>
